What is the difference between Training Module and a Resource pack?

training module is the curriculum participant evaluation while Resource pack is the technical document of report

Training Module is the flow/system of training wherein resource pack is from where  the module information/datas that will be needing in the specified training

Training module are instructional guide while Resource pack is an elementary procedural document

A training module is an instructional guide primarily used for teaching and learning step-by-step procedures. Training modules also can be used to present more factual information. Although most OJT is carried out for the purpose of teaching skills, practical experience indicates that employees also need a way to document facts, concepts, processes, and principles.

The materials included in the modules of this Resource Pack have been elaborated to various degrees with the consideration of selected discussion papers, which are illustrated in the various case studies. Through a series of activities which include various concrete tasks, the user will be able to understand contemporary curriculum change processes.

Training module is a subject that we have systimatic and organized system while Resource pack is the information or data that we will use in the training.

Training module is created and designed to be a part of training course, training program or form of education. while the resource pack is the support documents / data that can be used in the training.

Training module is the step by step process of imparting and aquiring specific skills gearing towards achieving specific goals. While resource pack is the medium in which this training and skills are rendered and achieved. 

Training Module is a part of taining in which we used some kinds of tools which is raised our performance appraisal and helpful for the working which is needed for the co. in other words we can say Training Module is system of training and a Resource Pack in which technical document and some important reports which is relevant to our co. specified that's it.
