Most of time if your juniors want to prove you a failure, they do it. Be careful if they are pushing your buttons on purpose. Following are few ways you can control your Juniors

1. Maintain self control. Avoid escalation of problem

The first rule in the face of an unreasonable person is to maintain your composure; the less reactive you are , the more you can use your better judgment to handle the situation

2. Fly Like an Eagle

Some people in our lives are simply not worth tussling with. Your time is valuable, so unless there's something important at stake, don't waste it by trying to change or convince a person who's negatively entrenched.

3. Shift from being reactive to proactive

When you feel offended by someone's words or deeds, come up with multiple ways of viewing the situation before reacting.

4. Separate the person from the issue

In every communication situation, there are two elements present. The relationship you have with this person, and the issue you are discussing. Be soft on the person and firm on the issue

5. Put the Spotlight on them

A common pattern with difficult people is that they like to place attention on you to make you feel uncomfortable or inadequate. Typically, they're quick to point out there's something not right with you or the way you do things. The focus in consistently on "what's wrong, "instead of" how to solve the problem.

There are couple of Formal and Informal ways . As colleagues discuss matter with the junior and try to inform he  has to be more polite at work place in accordance with HR policies. If the attitude doesn't change discuss the matter with line manager or HR . In that case if the HR or Manager takes action in accordance with polices then its well. And nothing helps then try to be at same level as him/her.

Depends on Misbehaviour, please elaborate?

Is it a physical or verbal assualt. What does you employer states in their policy about Equality Act.

Misbehaviour can be considered minor warnings to major dismissal or it can end up into Civil courts.

If its personal and cannot be stated then please read Employee relations framework guidance before discussing on public board.

If my coleague tried to misbehave with me i would request him to stop immediately and show him or her am mature and make him or her understand work ethics and how important it is to respect one another if he doesent stop then i can inform my seniors to talk to him and try to teach him proper way to interact with people from different parts of the world.

Maybe it's your thinking ð they have no reason because every action have the reaction so fst u have to find the reason before taking any reaction if u find the reason then do something on it and if u not find it then it's better be to talk with them without any afraid because if there is no reason so there is no afraid
