Why there are no jobs being offered for Fresh graduates or less experience ?

i think fresh graduate have no experiences 

An inexperience is willing to do there best to be a good employee. And willing to work hard to earned money for our family

Because the company can't able to train us...and that's why they preferring experienced candidates ! Although the situation can be changed if fresher have a  reference in that company.

Good question in ksa only reference work well i have experience before8 years if u have reference u will get the jon in seconds :-D

jobs like reception, assistant accountants, n other related should be preferably taken by freshers

bcz every one wants the best....:)

 

maybe  theirs experience not enough   

I think Fresh graduate are energetic therefore they are more preferable.
