You have to be open-minded and answer honestly as possible to tackle the blind areas wherever applicable.  Be happy if one is accepting this position and apply yourself to the job as positively and constructively to achieve the targets in this industry as IT is an important category to any company and an IT Service desk Analyst is an important member of staff = a prominent member in the company as database forms the basis to reading into the company activities and customers. This helps the business prosper when properly used to pan ranges and find answers as and when necessary.  Moreover, the position is important to any person responsible to take on the job as a career progression into the company upline.
