- controlling our anger and trying to stay calm- don't argue too much while he is angry    - change his position (for example let him set down if  he is standing up )- listen to the customer  and give him full attention

- Finally try to solve his  problem if possible 

Smile at the guest, offer a drink and patiently figure out why she/he is in bad mode
