By drinking a glass of cold water...........because my bad mood can mess up things for me and the company

We are not perfect individuals who can turn off their feelings once they enter the work environment, but we can try to minimize the effect it has on our job. In my opinion, if you are having a very bad mood, it is better to ask for a sick leave than to attend work with a distracted and troubled mind. But it is better to leave the troubles of home in home and enter the work space with a clear mind and if we have any trouble at work also leave them at work to not affect the personal life.

What I believed that every customer should deal with his level. Involvement of personal mood is mean less ,so i am always stay positive and followed the SOPs of the company. :)

Having bad mood is natural, but of course, working as customer service you must learn how to handle your mood. I can handled my bad mood by smiling, greeting the customer cheerfully, and making myself focus on my work and not in my mood. I will keep in mind that me as customer service must be cheerful, approachable and must be friendly.

it is obvious that anyone can have hard time. yet at work when I am not in the right mood I stop and evaluate the situation, I try to find something positive about it and start brainstorming ways to end it and you may find this "awkward" but smiling is really helpful

I have to believe in that what happened outside the work, leave it outside

BY trying as much as i can to put behind all that happened and concentrate on my work in the office, because if i show bad mood, the customers will notice it and will complain of my service.

My 0.02 cents surely works on me. It could do the trick.

Firstly, it is IMPORTANT to remember - "Bad mood just needs one thing - "VENT IT OUT"!! So if you're in a bad mood, take a break for 10 minutes..

Go out and "SHOUT" as loudly as you can Or Push your face towards a Pillow and SHOUT INTO IT :)

Now, get back to work.

We are professionals, but we are not ROBOTS..

Human brain needs fresh air so that new thoughts overcome or remove the negativity of bad mood.

So if you do this in front of the rest of people; it shows you don't handle pressure / bad mood very well. you wouldn't want your bad mood with free advice of people as well :)

Once you are back, you are as ready and raring to go as if it was your first day at job! :)

By having a guidelines and a culture to always demonstrate an inclination towards customer centricity. This way, I am able to deviate away  from any distractions whatsoever and treat any of my clients in a professional way.

I always maintain calmness with the skills I have been practicing for years. Even though I might had a very hard time with a customer short while ago, but I do understand that there is nothing to take personal. I always meet new customers, so I should provide everyone of them an exceptional service.
