Here are some practices to improve my English speaking skills:

- listen to real conversations and real English that is used in everyday life.

-Learn English the way you learned your native language

-engage in English talking with friends and colleagues

- reading English books and selection are also useful.

The best methods to improve your English skills is to divide your time into  multiple task in the day .. for example you can start by reading small novels for kids in the mean time try to listen to soft music with claire words and try to understand it if u like the song why know recite it .. also try to communicate with foreign people or friends but especially in English .. that was my path but the key element will always be you .. find the best method for you .. have a good day

Reading, writing, and speaking of English

Read books, specially kids story books as they have very easy and short sentences, which teaches you how to communicate as a beginner. Communicate and practice English with children or people who are less expert than you in English. This will boost your confidence as you know they won't be able to point out your mistakes and make fun of you.
