theoretically it is possible if you decreased the temperature of the conduit to the absolute zero!

But practically not possible, because when ever there is current there is resistance and losses

the only thing you can do is to reduce the voltage drop by other ways like minimize the length of cable as possible or change the cable material with less resistivity  

 

simplest way to reduce voltage drop is to increase the diameter of the cable
