first, respect the older members of staff, show them appreciation, to bond, learn from them, share experience, and combined with the strength of the young, it will all blend in as perfect mix for the best of the company, leading to young employers' recognition

As my personal experience Let me give you some tips.

 

1st of all respect them in any condition.

2. If they are wrong don't tell them directly that they are wrong.

3.offer them tea or coffee when you are going to take it.

4.if they ask for help , help them.

5.spent your time with them in workplace.

6.If you know something and they are teaching you that thing let them teach don't be angry or ignorant.

7.Share your professional experience with them and ask them to share with you their work experience.

First of all focus on your work and deliver your milestones timely and participate in team work effectively. Then try to become team player.

Age is not at all relevant but to earn respect of co-workers one has to earn respect for self first,carry out duties as expected without slacking where necessary apply your knowledge and skills excellently and they will realize that you are an assert to the firm hence respect is inevitable
