No i don't agree because the high quality product sell itself, so it will succeed in the market.
the magic word is (( Quality )) when you provide it to your customers be certain that your product takes the right place .

The product could still be successful.
It may not reach the height it could possibly achieve if suppliers equals the quality service with this quality product.

I agree to a certain extent.
In a competitive market, away from low-tech commodities, the product is nothing without the service.
A great service will make it for a product of "average" quality.
Conversely, a superb product would shortly be ruined by poor service.
The business literature is full of these dramatic failures (I would recommend "Billion Dollar Lessons", Carroll & Mui, 2009).
Conversely, some markets don't expect much service, and the quality of the product makes a difference.
For low-tech commodities, one may consider the best possible product within a decent price range, and accept to trash it when it fails.
The Discipline of Market Leaders (Tracy & Wiersema) already covered this in a very interesting way back in 1997.

Customers usually look for the following things when they purchase a product: 1.
Quality of the product must be good and sustainable.
2.
Price of the product must be reasonable and worthy of the product.
3.
Suppliers Services and After sales services must be prompt and of quality.
4.
Services to customers must be rendered with the right customer service attitude.
In addition to the above, if the product is marketed well to reach diverse customers - it would aid the sales of the product tremendously.
I agree with Sayed Tahir Amin - the product may succeed but may not reach the pinnacle of success.

No I don't agree.
The quality of the product and the quality service of the supplier are2 different things.
If I see it as a customer, I see the quality of the product and its price.
I will not bother to know your problems between your company and the supplier.
If I have to deal directly with your supplier (which is usually rare because I'll go through your customer service department), this is another story.
The problem is between you and the supplier.
Furthermore, I will have a complaint against you and not the product itself.
It is your job to maintain and improve the relation between you2.
If it persists, then it's also your job to find another supplier that will guarantee you the same high quality product but with a better service...as quick as possible! Only here you might risk that the product won't be successful anymore.

You have mentioned two separate entities here, the product which is of high quality is solely dependant on the brand or the manufacturer of that product.
Second are the suppliers who may very well be the third party retailers/wholesalers of that product.
A product which is of high standard gets a very well backing from the manufacturer and prime example of such theory is Apple, Bosch, Ferrari.
Now this answers is solely based from the point of view of how I perceived your question.
Let me know if I am in the ball park of what you were anticipating.

yes i agree because if the product is new in the market though the product is very good or of best quality it will not work in the market until unless the supplier provides the best services , product works in the market because of its services
