Responsible for overall store operations for smooth functioning of the store.
Make sure that store is opening on time & Up & Ready for Customers.
Briefing in morning & distribute the day wise target & Motivated the team.
Make sure that all staffs are well groomed & Presentable.
Make sure that all staff are well versed with current running
consumer offers & Process.
Make sure that all demo units are properly lineup & All are
Connected with internet & running with RMN video.
Make sure that all the stock & Accessories are available in stocks
SKU wise.
Look after the customers complaints, suggestions and queries.
Attendance DES.Planning / Execution of Stocks @ DES Every Tuesday as per ROL .Stock Planned & Dispatched report to be mailed @ each store.Defective Units / EOL SKU / MRP issue to be picked up and Shared.Aging Inventory above days to be picked up and close.Collate DSR every day & Publish.Prepare SKU Date wise Sales Report Every day.Publish SKU Store wise Sales Report Every day.Electricity bill / Phone/Internet Bill / Petty cash to be monitoredand fulfilled with Accounts team.Follow up of Settlement Slip from DES Stores by EOD
