A salesman comes to know about the situation during a sales dialog with the customer whether customer is ready to buy or not or shall I close the sales.It is called reaching a common ground between you and customer.When customers needs have been fulfilled and what he is expecting a product to be is being offered by you.It is the time sales should be closed and an agreement about an order should be taken.

Before we can expect to close a sale, we must first earn the right to ask for the sale. we earn the right by delivering on our promises and by following up on customer questions. We earn the right by showing up for appointments on time, prepared and eager to serve the customer.

Focusing on each discussion with the customer on how we can help instead of what we can get from the customer, and we will eventually earn the right to ask for the sale
