Determination is a key characteristic you should possess if you want to make it in journalism, so don’t be afraid to push for a placement. Once you’ve got one, it’s up to you to continue demonstrating those qualities on the job. This means never being afraid to ask questions or look for more work to do. Your hard work might even lead on to a permanent, paid position in the future. Even you don’t get quite this lucky, you’ll hopefully have dispelled the myth for yourself that there are no opportunities beyond the save haven of undergraduate life.

First do it in front of friends and family and get used to it and choose a bigger group . And work on your confidence and your charisma.
