Thank you for your invite. In practicality we have no time to refer to any theory for salvaging contingency situations. However I fully endorse the basis given by Mr. Wodeya David for choosing the option B. I therefore agree with all the experts suggesting option B. My answer is also B.

Contingency means a plan B...and fielder says there is no particular leadership style that is absolute. So answer B
