Thanks for the invitation Trinos,

There is a fault diagnosis for the mother board defects, exist at the computer local market, which you can insert at the motherboard slots, and turn on a computer with a fault, and this device " or board", will indicate some code which refer to a certain defect with the motherboard, so you know what's wrong with the mother board, and change for repair, so this is god board would help the computer technician alot at diagnosing the hardware problems at the computers

Also, the hot air device,  "with the solder heater", which is used for changing the chips, and soldering a new one, will be necessary after diagnosing the fault and changing the fault chip at the motherboard

and a Multi meter to be used for testing electronic components, and measuring the voltages within the computer parts " power supply voltages, voltages at the motherboard, etc", will be necessary also

so computer technician guy with the previous devices and tools, with some experience , will be able to repair computer faults

Regards

First and foremost before handling any computer parts, you should discharge the static electricity in your body by touching any metallic parts of the computer you are going to check but of course make sure it is  deenergized  and not plugged in to any power source. And for servicing and cleaning, avoid using vacuum cleaners for its nasty static electricity build up when it runs would definitely damaged the sensitive chips in your computer, it would better using an electric blower to flush out the dust and dirt inside the case and electronic parts then followed up with a contact cleaner which is very useful in drying out moisture and then use the blower again to make sure the fluid will instantly dry. Moreover, for keyboard cleaning, in my practice I use toothbrush with a little quantity of "WIPE OUT" cleaning and polishing wax and for sure your keyboard will shine like new and don't forget about the mouse and your dusty monitor using a used cotton cloth with that versatile cleaning agent.
