There is not any particular way to construct a performance team. It depends upon a leader. If you are good leader then your team will definitely follow you and if not then they will work as they want.Bonaparte has said that if a lion is leader and100 dog is in the team then battle can be won and if100 lion's team is there and leader is a dog then also battle will be lost.So there is any specific way which you ask for.
