We should use gas tight syringes of fixed volumes to avoid spilling of organic solutions, micro-pipettes are not good alternates in case of dilution here.

Any volumetric apparatus, depending on the volume you want to dilute. For small final volumes (in uL) you should use a micropipette. For large final volumes (in L) you should use a graduated cylinder or a volumetric flask.
