Sorry to say, but i disagree to what you have replied. OJT is an itergral part of training & development especially in customer services training be it front end executive or call center executive
Training and development involves theoretical and practical class sessions
Learning and development involves learning on the job while doing the work , mostly from seniors who shares the exp they gained
