go to data tab, select data validation and customize your setting upon your rules the choose circle invalid data from data validation

  1. Select cell which you want Excel mark each duplicate values.
  2. Go to Home tap.
  3. From Style Group choose Conditional Formatting.
  4. Select Highlight Cell Rules then Duplicate Values.
