The manager at a Wal-Mart is probably paid

Firstly, we need to determine the exact managerial position, i.e. sales manager, customer service manager. Once that information is available, we can research online the average base salaries and/or bonuses such a position earns in Ontario, Canada. Wal-Mart does not publicly disclose the remuneration packages offered to their managers here in Canada. However, I can certainly say that managers are paid salaries as well as performance bonuses- whether they work for Wal-Mart or other big organizations.

Along with a very handsome SALARY, Walmart pays CASH BONUS, STOCK BONUS, PROFIT SHARING & COMMISSION SHARING as well to all of his managers/ asst. managers.

Normally managers of an organization are paid salary plus performance related bonuses, these bonuses are paid on achievement of targets.

Commission is not a correct word,commission is paid to non employees.

Any employee must be get a basic salary why to mange his  personal needs and his family needs

to make his mind  free of any tension  then commission or any benefits as per company policy and productivity. 

Salary would be paid to management.There would be incentive payments to departmental heads, and best is this incentive is the salary review for the following year; manager with profitable division should be rewarded, if it is also good for the organisation as a whole.
