I think you mean to ask what each means?

HACCP = Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, it´s a preventive safety system for food processing for each step in the manufacturing, distribution and storage process.

TACCP = Threath Assesment Critical Control Point. It´s a safety system for food processing as well. but focusses the threats of bioterorrism, biovigilance and/or toxibility.

VACCP = Vulnerability Analysis Control Point. It focuses more on the vulnerability of the individual products. Is the delivered product what was asked, or expected? think of fraud, mislabeling, theft counterfeiting. (remember horesemeat scandal)

According GFSI (Good Food Safety Initiative) all should fall under the umbrella of the HACCP.

That´s all I could think of, my quality exp. lies more in piping, structures gas and oil.
