The time that you will decide to change your supplier is certainly when you will identify a low rate performance review.

BUT, what if the performance of the existing supplier is more than satisfied and during your sourcing or supply base maintaining, you find out that there is also another supplier who provides i.e: 10% savings and also has a high rate of references?

Therefore, the time and the reasons you will decide to change your supplier varies and depends on a lot more elements than the normative "performance review"
