What are the factors that make you feel you work in a good project?

The fact that it's my project. I only get envolved im my projects. In my projects only one person leads and that's me of course.

If project achieve the following :1-Time table2-Target3-Working all together as team work4-Doesn't exceed the budget5-Have an excellent product

Clear achievable goals and objectives. Also this project should be supported by the executive management in order to succeed.

Beside the three dimensions of time/quality / cost.
A satisfied client after the project is completed.

A good leader and of course knoledge
