What is Green Energy?

 Green energy can be defined as any energy source that is sustainable and does not harm humans or the environment. 

Green energy is any type of energy not drawn from fossil fuel and that doesn't pollute the atmosphere..wind..wave..solar..are all green energy..as are hydrogen fuel cells..the by product of which is water

Energy that is derived from natural resources (sunlight, wind, rain) is called green energy.

And since this form of energy is derived from natural sources, it is renewable, meaning they're naturally replenished. Unlike certain other resources that can get exhausted like fossil fuels.

Green energy is energy that is produced in such a way as to minimize its negative impact on the environment. Traditional energy sources, most notably fossil fuels, produce greenhouse gases that are believed to be the primary cause of an effect known as global warming or climate change. Sources of green energy, such as solar, wind, geothermal, and hydro energy, are developed and promoted as alternative sources that make little or no contribution to climate change. Even nuclear energy is sometimes considered a green energy source, because some types of nuclear technology produce much less waste than oil and coal.

Green energy is environmental Friendly source of energy(wind,hydro,solar,tidal) it help to reduce green house gases emission to fight global warming & other environmental issue.

Renewable energy which does not harms to environment

Green energy is the source of energy which has no impact on the environment or natural resources.its comes from nature i.e wind energy, solar energy, tidal energy etc.

Energy harnessed from the natural resources that leave no carbon footprint on our environment is green energy.

Green energy includes natural energetic processes that can be harnessed with little pollution. Anaerobic digestion, geothermal power, wind power, small-scale hydropower, solar energy, biomass power, tidal power, wave power, and some forms of nuclear power (ones which are able to "burn" nuclear waste through a process known as nuclear transmutation, such as an Integral Fast Reactor, and therefore belong in the "Green Energy" category). Some definitions may also include power derived from the incineration of waste.

Some people, including Greenpeace founder and first member Patrick Moore,George Monbiot,Bill Gates and James Lovelock have specifically classified nuclear power as green energy. Others, including Greenpeace's Phil Radford disagree, claiming that the problems associated with radioactive waste and the risk of nuclear accidents (such as the Chernobyl disaster) pose an unacceptable risk to the environment and to humanity. However, newer nuclear reactor designs are capable of utilizing what is now deemed "nuclear waste" until it is no longer (or dramatically less) dangerous, and have design features that greatly minimize the possibility of a nuclear accident. Some have argued that although green energy is a commendable effort in solving the world's increasing energy consumption, it must be accompanied by a cultural change that encourages the decrease of the world's appetite for energy.

Green energy is the one that directly omes sun like sunlight or indirectly (again from sun) such as wind, rain, plants, algae and geothermal heat plus the only source coming from moon, the tides.These energy resources are renewable, meaning they're naturally renewed.

Green Energy is a source that is naturally available, it is produced with little pollution and is environmentally friendly.It has absolutely no contribution to any type of climate change or global warming.
