Both are good. Every company is in need of marketing and HR. however some small businesses they outsource marketing more than HR in other words there are more opportunities in HR ranther than in marketing

it should have a basis first for taking up a specialization. Management degree has a specialization so one may focus on the interest area rather than focusing on everything. So first you should decide what interest you and why only then you should take up a specialization

However MBA in HR could be more requested in jobs market.
