Tips for Reducing Employee Turnover

 

Everyone has a different mind-set, and therefore opinions vary person to person. In my view Employee turnover is dependent on the complete work environment that they are been offered by their employees. Underneath you may find my opinion and not only what I am thinking, it won't wrong to say these are common views and basic points used to form a good work culture but I ask you a question, if you feel these are right points then how far are you I mean your organisation following them.

 

 

  • · First and foremost thing to see is to make sure you got the right person for doing the responsibility. It is very important and we thoroughly mugged up this in our College/University. HIRE RIGHT PERSON ON THE RIGHT SEAT SO AS TO EXECUTE RIGHT DUTIES.

 

· Sometimes dumb people score well or do wonders whereas at the same time some smart people don't get chance, in spite the have the ability to ride an extra mile.

 

  • · Comprehensive benefits, an attractive and a competitive pay along with a peaceful work culture plays a vital role for an employee.
