It all depends on business process. There are some businesses that can be more smoothly run if automated such as warehouses which can be automated to deliver the goods once it gets ordered and as there will be no chance of error due to human intervention, thus the risk of wrong deliveries is nearly zero and thus the output of the business will be more effective and beneficial.
