أفضل عمل أقوم به للتخلص من ضغوط العمل والحياة هو تخصيص وقت للأنفراد بنفسى والإهتمام بها بعمل أشياء أحبها ولو لفترة بسيطة مثل الإسترخاء والقراءة وسماع موسيقى او التأمل فى هدوء ولو لدقائق قليلة وقد يكون بالذهاب مع أصدقائى المقربين لمكان أحبه وأحيانا قد يكفينى أكل قطعة من الشيكولاته او شرب مج نسكافيه دون تفكير فى أى شيئ يعنى أعطى عقلى إستراحة بسيطة من التفكير وإن كان ده فى كتير من الأوقات بيبقى صعب أوى

هذه هى مشكله حقيقه يعانى منها الجميع حتى فى البلاد المتقدمه و تختلف من شخص إلى آخر كل حسب طباعه و معتقداته .
