We in HR are not entitled with any such incentives but yes, we have introduced a special bonus for our sales team, if they refer some good candidate(s) from market to company and if they successfully complete their probation period then the employee who refer that candidate is eligible for a specific amount and in this they are working as Recruitment Partner! This required a whole policy which cover each details.

There must be a system in the bonus based on the company's profit and performance evaluation of employee performance evaluation is a system should work to find out the capacity of staff to help them improve performance

Referral Bonus are quite common in most of the organization. For hiring a candidate the company would have to bear an expense of around10% of the net salary of the hired candidate. In this case when a candidate is being referred the company is actually making a profit.

Referral bonus can be varying in different organizations. Some give as a bonus in the salary. Some add it in to their incentive appraisal. Some gives as gifts or gift vouchers. I have seen even iPhones being given for referrals.

It is our job as a recruiter to source candidates so referral bonus is usually not paid to recruiters, however you can be incentivized for hiring resources from 'zero cost' or low cost sources, thus saving the organization money on placement fees to agencies or advertising fees

I do not referral bonus in my organization.

Companies seeking talent often devise an incentive system whereby current employees are rewarded with a bonus if they refer a candidate who is ultimately hired.

A few employers award bonuses for viable referrals which don't result in a hire. However, most employers require incentive hires to remain with the firm for at least a few months before paying the bonus to the employee who referred the new hire.

Yes because if there are referrals than some doubts which comes to the recruiter mind automatically resolve to some extent.
