based on my expirience first recognition, than money
another motivator can be if employee see that there is a chnse to be promoted within company
for example on of our supervisors first was delivery driver,than sales rep than supervisor-developed himself and company promoted him
it is strong motivation for others
Recognition then all other motivators but not in sequence, money, promotion/career growth and responsibilities

Usually money is, but for me good treatment and recognition is the best motivator for me.
Job satisfaction and continuous development in his Domain.
Good treatment and also give then special allowance and award for their good performance.
Recognition,in my opinion would give motivation to the employees as employees will feel that they are important enough and their work and feedbacks are being considered but at the same time based on employees efforts and performances company must not forget to give rewards as it will pushes them to do what they were doing best.
Job security , stability is the key for any employee. Then the salary come along with insurances and family packages (Depend the country). Also be comfortable in the the workspace.
