Do your customers trust you enough to believe your online promises?

I believe that trust is not depending on channel.

So no matter if you or me or anybody are making promises online or ofline - we all have to keep it anyway.

Good thing to remember is that online and ofline world are not two different things - they are just two parts of the same unit. People are not living online or offline - they are in both pheres - some of them more, some of them less. But they still do cross channel communication.

So making prerfect online or offline image that is not inline with reality makes no sense. It would be waste of time and money.
