Does your company apply Lean Six Sigma methodology? if yes what are the achieved results?

Lean Six sigma is a wonderful tool to minimize waste and reduce variation in the processes. We use this extensively in our organization.

We seen wonderful results as Lean targets eliminating Non-value added processes through the use of Value stream mapping and Six sigma helps in executing the projects to reduce variation and in turn reduce defects.

 

These all means money to the organization....directly in to P&L

yes , I apply It before but not in big range and the achieved Results is you Will know what is your factory stage and what is next target for your factory and your quality and you will know what is the stapes to arrived to your target
