Relax and do your job despite the disturbance & other stuff that would easily make you lose your concentration. Once you have lost your concentration, things start to fall apart, leading to a bad day. Let us discuss how to make a good day at work
All of the above answers sum up and say very well 'how to have a good day at work?'
I would only add:
Prayer is a powerful medium at the start, middle and end of the day.
Use lunch times wisely: Go for a walk at lunch time or be outdoors if possible or go to a fitness or wellness class. Listen to inspirational speakers on your mobile phone/CD player etc. Keep away from negative people - they tend to talk about work (which is what you need a break from) or talk unfavourably about co-workers/managers etc.
It's unfortunate but, unless you run your own business, many people go to work and have to do what other people want them to do. Organise your working day as much as possible.
I've said this many times - Remember to WORK TO LIVE, not live to work.
I never thought that processing documents from Canada for use abroad could be such a quest. At first, I looked for information myself, but quickly realized: without experience, it's like going with your eyes closed. I saw recommendations about the https://www.legalizationservicecentre.ca/apostille-canada/ website and decided to try it. I have never regretted it - it's clear, step-by-step, and there are no misunderstandings. In Canadian bureaucracy, such assistants are simply a godsend.
