1-ضعف شخصية صاحب العمل والسماح للموظفين الاخرين التأثير على قراراته حسب مصالحهم الشخصية
2- عدم تقدير قدراتك وخبراتك من قبل مديرك المباشر3-محاولة احباطك دائما والتاثير سلبا على اداءك
4- عدم مكافاتك على اعمال تعتبر انجاز للشركة بل على العكس محاولة الاساءة لمجهودك والتقليل من اهمية عملك

اولها عدم الراحه النفسية او الشعور بان امكانياتي ثابته عند حد معين او بحاجه لمكان يكسبني خبرة اكثر او ان العمل يسير بشكل روتيني ممل ...
فانا اعمل بمجال انا اعشقه دائما ابحث عما يزيدني و يكسبني الخبرة و المعرفة و التنافس الشريف ....و خصوصا مجال التسويق و المبيعات بحاجه الا فكر و تطوير دائم

who ever sees my profile would know i kept moving from one job to another, i don't have a problem with copping with work pressure or a problem with experience in the field of my studies, i became a Manager as my knowledge and ability to function the job correctly made it happen.
i did came across discomfort in work environment, yet wasn't the main reason for quitting, abilities of a person when they are employed , if it wasn't invested in the correct place it makes the dis-appreciation of work happen.
it causes misplacement of employees, companies always ends up having the wrong managers that cannot actually function a team correctly.
out of my observations to management in the past works i had, we have the people in the job with the correct idea's but not with the methodology of implementing it.
it is also allot crazy the constant fear they live from taking the right decision that blinds them from seeing the overall picture.
i came across managers who puts their employees in unsettled boats and they shake it around in the sea and not be " Man of their words", it would be understandable if the change of decision was made for work purpose rather than being changed to save someone seats.
also in work the word " people personality" is very neglected, you may work91 hours a week for a company yet one mistake of being too exhausted or having an emergency that is very hard to explain to employer sometimes can cause all the work you did vanish.
also the corruption and game playing to fool stakeholders by employing a person just to be a front image only, regardless to their hard work just for few months till a big issue is solved then laying off the person as soon as the job is done is unfair, how do people expected to continue in a job they admire and really do well in? also not to forget the age standers and years of work experiences put down by companies to fill certain positions, yet they employ you anyway but don't give you your right in the title even thought you do fit the job quite better than others, i can get you a person with the correct education and years of experience and age yet they cant function the job or understand a thing about it like i do.
fairness, real chances not fake chances of opportunities, real managerial decision making that is not influenced by others, a man being a real man not a male or a female in job is what i look for , a company that invest in employees as much as making them really want to stick around, not fearing the employee running with training only makes a work environment and gives a real chance to talented employees that you recruited on faith from beginning that they do fit the job.
without all that is the main reason why do i leave a job without looking back.
companies should let go of people that is or going to be an asset to it and to its future success in the world.

من الاسباب التى تجعلنى ان اترك العم :- ان يكون هناك عدم تقدير لمجهوداتك في العمل من صاحب العمل ان يكون هناك عدم الفه بنك وبين فريق العمل او احد اعضاء الفريق عدم التقدير المادي ايضا له عامل في اتخاذ هذا القرار
