Can we make wireless repeater by using different brands like AP of TP-link and Wireless Router of D-Link?

Yes , it's not a problem at all, there are two types of repeaters : Bandwidth repeater and frequency repeater , What actually you are asking is if one vendor can repeat a frequency signal that is generated from other vendor , of course he can because the frequency transmission process is standard and the range is also standard for example2.4GHz , and in case there is a WEP encrpyion "WEP password" , you have to set the same password on the repeater to make able repeate the signal for you.

we make wireless repeater by using different brands, all wireless router is having the same wireless topology

wireless concept is same only the brand is different and steps taken to use is different depends on brands

The 802.11 standard wasn’t written with repeaters in mind. As a result, the best approach is to implement a repeater using the same vendor as your existing access points.
