For my part.. I would like to be an Action Centered Leader rather than a Situational Leader.. A good leader develops “the competence and commitment of their people so they’re self-motivated rather than dependent on others for direction and guidance.” Being an Action Centered Leader can do "All day to day Task" regarding whatever he / she will be facing with.. but in the case of Situational Leadership can do the task based on the "Case to Case Situation" depending of the weight of the work being given..
يمكن تفويض المرؤوسين و مشاركتهم بالقيادة و اتخاذ القرارات بالأمور اليومية البسيطة والروتينية و ما يسمى اللا مركزية من أجل السرعة في انجاز العمل و تحمل المرؤسين للمسؤولية وتفاعلهم أكثر مع العمل أما القرارات التي يبنى عليها أثار مستقبلية تؤثر على إستراتيجية الشركة يجب أن تتخذ من قبل القيادة المركزية لأن نتائجها ترتبط بمصير الشركة و موقفها في السوق
