i used to work as an assessor in Saudi airlines where it was not implemented properly , i would like to know is it still applicable in hiring nowadays
Main benefit would be no company wants to take pre screening pain if that is big corporate as its time consuming you interview100 candidates and then out put (which has skills or education for the post is just10) so assesment centres provide pre screened candidates whihc makes process easier.
Many companies do it as its part of better process in hiring right candidates
