it all depends on the mindset of the person and the environment he/she is surrounded with and the most probably thing is that a person need to be and expose himself with the thoughts he exceeds in himself apart from that he/ she needs to be more creative in his mind to proceed it with his work to explain it.

I don't think there is any secret to a creative design or creative work.
when you are working you usually go with what you understand and love to do, same goes for designing, you just have to go with what you like, and if you hear about what you have to design just think of things related to it and let your heart and mind do the work.
