Many workers feel satisfied and motivated in their current position , so they don't think about relocation if a good salary is offered to them because they are believer and calm minded.Others are be willing to relocate if they have financial problems , ambitious or need to have many experience in different company with different culture.So it is necessary to be sure that this post is better and has advantages.
