Direct method of recruitment: under this method workers are recruited directly through campus interviews, scouting, manned exhibits, waiting list, line register of job seekers, etc. usually, in all such cases, preliminary screening is completed by examining the application form filled in by the candidate and the preliminary interviews. Indirect method of recruitment: under this method, workers are recruited indirectly through advertisements in newspapers, journals, radio, internet, etc., in order to get suitable candidates.
