Without Prejudice mean without and Pre-Judgement, it also practically means that "as far as we are aware" and allows previously unknown conditions to override the outcome should they come to arise. In legal terms it means that this letter or statement does not pre-judge the situation and leaves the way open to other legal action if necessary.
