I am about to write a final warning letter for poor performing staff transport service provider at my work place,experts kindly advise accordingly.

{we may bring to your attention the serious steps initiated by the management to take urgent disciplinary actions in cases with serious misconducts, especially very poor performance causing very much damage to the reputation for the firm in many ways.

Under such unavoidable circumstances the management may be forced to take immediate steps including the option of termination instantly, and this may be considered as a warning intimation and it wont be  worth thinking appropriate to serve another one of this kind; and hence this would be the final intimation in this regard.

Hope you can understand the seriousness of the situation and may make good all the deficiencies with immediate effect, visible and transparent.   This letter is intended for avoiding confusions and complications in future.

We welcome your initiative to work in ordination with all in the team to bring good results. If you are to express your views  in this regard, you can have  direct appointment with the management or you can serve your grievances in writing addressed to HRM.

We expect you to have a good work culture and observe good conduct hereafter, and this may be treated the final intimation in this matter.}

Dear Shukri Adan,

 

Since7 Years I am handling transport and logistic if I am at your place I won't write any warning latter to them because its my duty to handle all the logistic if I am giving reminder so its my failure.

Just I will arrange substitute transport there are lots of transport companies who can give us better  service then them so its is easy to get an other transport service provider instant company or our client suffer.
