Do you think which one is the most important: Education,Experience or the Ability?

Well all3 three are important

but

if i choose1 which is extremely important is education

Of course, ability is important, but ability without education means nothing. A smart person cannot be a good doctor unless he studies medicine in the first place. 

Indeed, most employers prefer to pick experienced applicants, and it's not difficult to understand why. Experienced workers can so their assignments easily and learn quickly, so they are more effective in doing their job. 

However, experienced employees with lower education are less likely to be innovative and creative in the long term; they just do the work they have been doing for years, and because of their lack of higher education, they don't think all the time strategically.

 

That's why, long-sighted managers know that highly educated applicants would be of great assets for their companies, and that's why they choose them without hesitation. True, over-qualified persons with no experience might need a lot of effort to train the beginning, but with the passage of time, they will outperform everyone through applying their theoretical knowledge on the ground.
