I would recommend to first understand the background of the client and see where and how the product could best suit their needs. Next, through a personal conversation and in a very non technical language tell them its importance of the product and the problem that they could solve. However like there is already a mention video,photographs and especially modern technology like graphics and other digital mediums could play a very important role in the sales strategy.
Try to understand their needs, find the best solution and translate it in words that fit within the limits of their understanding. Never use the fancy sales sentences, they will make a negative effect on them.
Never a sales man is trained to sell only to educated persons. So this question does not arise. A salesman will have to sell his products to each and everyone by using his knowledge and skills and not on the buyers skills & knowledge.

try to understand their languages first and ask some help to your colleague who knows that language,,if none of them doesn't know..you can try through writing,drawing,or sign language if possible just to fulfill their needs...there's no impossible to sell a product even that customer can't speak ..the important they can see the products.
