How do you keep up with the everyday maintenance of employee records & still have time to address their concerns, as well as perform other HR duties?

If company has less then or equal to25 in number. Maintain their record manually.

If more then this, I will suggest to develop a software, or buy some built in software to keep record.

I personally suggest you to hire a software engineer and ask to develop a software for employee record, its not complicated.

Also you will be able to add options in software according to your basic needs and company rules and regulations.

Cause there are several companies, has different rules and regulations to handle their individual employees.

A single click will present all past performance, bonuses loans annual leaves etc. you can easily update and change as well.

In short less then or equal to25 employees, maintain there record manually, if more then25 get technology help
