I STRONGLY PROTEST ON THIS.................  PATEL MAY BE ONE DAY , WE WILL HAVE TO KNOCK THE UNITED NATIONS DOORS FOR THIS .................  THIS IS OPEN VIOLATION OF BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS ???

It's a very nice wish and very civilized approach to celebrate the new year . Maybe it's been removed because it is a message not a question . If it's been removed because of religious approach , it's unacceptable .

My country is mostly a secular democratic  country with a majority of Muslims (Turkey) and in my country every new year is being celebrated with great joy and happiness . It is not a correct information that Muslim people do not celebrate new year . Celebrating new year has nothing to do with religion .

Celebrating new year is a universal and very civilized approach .I feel offended when my new year has not been celebrated .

I would like to thank Mr. Patel for his kindness and wish him and his family a very cheerful year full of success and health .

Gentlemen, Muslims do not celebrate New Years (well at least not the Gregorian Calendar). It might have been offensive to the religious members on Bayt.      just sayin :)
