I am not expecting it Declining oil prices will adversely affect the investment budgets and service sectors of the Gulf, which attracts a huge labor, which negatively affects lower business volume and lower capital by investing in Europe, America, Africa, India and Asia

This is a personal expectation as long as a way to lower oil price
