Corrective action based on causes. I assume that the proect is on schedule and only the change shall cause delay. Still magnitude cant be judged.

Basit Ali
by Basit Ali , Director of Engineering , Laverda Suites & Villas / Blue Bay Resorts

Option D

Mohamed Galal Hussein Ahmed Mohamed
by Mohamed Galal Hussein Ahmed Mohamed , Technical Mnager , Fast Building Contracting Co.

D. Corrective action based on causes

MOhammed Sattar Sharif
by MOhammed Sattar Sharif , Business Development Manager , Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd

D would be a bit better then other options.

I don't think there is a fixed answer to this question.

This highly depends upon the situations. Any two projects will choose a different option.

This is what I think.

Since project has gone so far, may be it's too late to apply corrective action. The execution phase is either completed or very close to complete.

The last10-15% of a project is just closeout.
