No at all, because using GPS will never prevent or reduce Car accident. Instead of it, we will face more problems and more accidents.
My friend GPS give you directions not driving skill and some sort of system to control drivers personal attitude about driving.
GPS is good tool to find the way or places but not to reduce accidents.
