<p><strong>After deep thoughts, I decided to QUIT and and stop participating in this valuable forum.</strong></p> <p><strong>Initially I started with the forum as a challenge that I accepted from ms. Ghadeer E.S. </strong></p> <p><strong>Later, after following the various posts, I became more interested in it as I learned allot and wished to add value and help others with my modest experience. I've seen so many interesting and professional post and got the same as answers from many of you. That made me admit your professionalism and experience.</strong></p> <p><strong>And the most important thing I achieved is that I got to know you for which I feel honored. </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>I tried to address my posts to those people who I believed will be able to help with their experience and therefor selected the specialty tags that are related to my post and can get the attention of those experts in the field.</strong></p> <p><strong>Unfortunately, I noticed that specialty tags were too often changed by people in the admin of Bayt.com. I tried to understand how this mechanism work, but untill now, it is a maze.</strong></p> <p><strong>Before any post, I had to define the message from this post and the target audience. But due to playing with the specialty tags, I know now that my messages never reached the people I wanted it to reach.</strong></p> <p><strong>It is unacceptable that I put my efforts to exchange knowledge and experience with others but someone, somewhere and somehow tries to change it on his own or even manipulate everyone's posts.</strong></p> <p><strong>Therefor, I decided: IT IS ENOUGH.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Once again, thank you all for everything: every question, answer, vote, follow, invitation or even viewing my posts, and I wish you the best in your life and career.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>May ALLAH save you all and lead you to the right path.</strong></p>
I think it is only a misuse of the admin.
Please return to the forum if the corrections are notified to you with due respect. The time spent here on bayt is the precious time and I also agree to your view of not prepared to pocket the insults.
If good participants are missing the forum is equivalent to a 'grave yard'.
Therefore request to review the decision based on participants requests and intentions.
Now all the participants know you by name and your quality of work--The experience shared by you is of great practical help for all and I also gained a lot of information from you.
Please come back with an answer and treat this phenomena as a question on "Management".

First of all, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for your great support, your involvement and the nice words. It made feel really proud to be part of this wonderful group, and feel so bad to take a decision to leave.
The decision I made was based on the fact that I, just like many of you, got frustrated because of and suffered from this unpleasant actions performed from the people at Bayt.com. We all expect that this platform is operated and maintained in a very professional way. Many of us has experienced this re-tagging issue as a non-professional act, mainly because of the unclear policy behind it.
But yesterday I got a message from mr Omar Tahboub (VP of Product at Bayt.com), in which he showed his understanding of the situation and the true intentions to keep enhancing this platform. Whether this will lead to improvement (which I hope) or not, at least now I believe that there are people up there who really care.
Therefore, I decided to return and continue my activities within this group.
Besides, I would like to suggest to the people at Bayt.com to make use of the skills and experiences available among those professionals who are part of the whole platform. After all, we all want to contribute in the success of it.
Once again, thank you and keep going.
My best wishes to you all especially at the end of2014 and beginning of2015.

I don't even know where to start or what to say after finding out that you are quiting Bayt.com.
Please don't let this issue destroy the wonderful connection you have with all the colleagues on here.
Personally you have been inspiration to me and I'm sure to many others as well. It would be a great loss if you were to quit.

I know it is frustrating when somebody spoils your time & effort by changing specialty tags and I guess all of us has the same bad experience.

I lost hope to get a job Plus I hit a scam by some one on this site & lost some money.
